When will my package be shipped?

1. If the order is shipping directly from Passionate Flows, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. Shipping information will be provided once the item is shipped.

2. If the item is a shirt, case, notebook, etc., shipping can happen between 3 - 7 business days.
   

What is the refund/return policy?

What if my package is damaged when it is received?

I truly apologize if the package was damaged while in transit. Please contact me via email (hello@passionateflows.com) including photos of the damage, the order number, and any details you may have about the order. I will get back to you ASAP.
